We sincerely apologize for the delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we had updated our refund procedure to ease all ticket purchasers.
Refund will be directly transferred into your Bank Account to all ticket purchasers for all payment mode:
- Cash (During Roadshow)
- Credit Card
- FPX / Bank Transfer
- 7-11 payment
Kindly download the refund form from the link below and provide us with the relevant information. Then snap a photo of the filled form and email to email@example.com
(For Purchase made via TicketHub.com.my and Whatsapp booking with payment via Paypal, just fill up this form so that we can bank in the refunded amount to you as soon as possible. While for those who purchased via roadshow, please attached photo of all Hard Ticket with the form as a proof.)
A full refund will be only perform to the customers whom their personal details are matched with the record in our system. Ticket Hub Asia will not perform refund to any tickets that purchased from unauthorized channel. Ticket Hub Asia reserves the rights to not refund if any criteria on the terms and conditions does not match.
All refund request must reach us before 25th November 2018. Refund request shall be closed after 28th November 2018.
